Stephen graduated from the University of London in 1984 with a BSc from Imperial College and a Diploma in Personnel Management from the London School of Economics. He began his career in human resources in the Area Office of Bank of America in Hong Kong covering Hong Kong, India, China and Taiwan and moved to First Pacific Bank in 1989 where he was a Vice President managing the overall HR function. After completing over 10 years of experience in the human resources field, Stephen joined LTA & Company in 1994 and was appointed Partner of the firm 4 years before he founded Vision Partners, a regional executive search consultancy firm.
