This Privacy Policy stipulates how Vision Partners collects, analyzes, uses and discloses individually identifiable information. Vision Partners, its affiliated entities, branch offices and associates throughout the world have introduced and implemented this firm-wide data privacy policy to create a consistent and uniform approach to processing Personal Information (i.e. any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person) we have on individuals for executive search, assessment, leadership consulting, executive coaching and related purposes. This Privacy Policy establishes data protection rules that apply to all our offices worldwide, subject to applicable local laws, including but not limited to data protection laws. It is the minimum set of rules an office is required to follow.

Collection of Personal Information
We collect various categories of Personal Information on this website in the course of its work to provide services to our clients as an executive search and assessment firm. Under normal circumstances, this information comprises what is included in a CV or resume (e.g. name, personal identification number, age, gender, marital status, address, employment history, degrees and other qualifications, languages and other skills) but it may also include interview notes, comments from third parties and a record of our contacts with individuals. Our records may derive from information collected directly from the data subject, that are publicly available, as well as information gained from third-party sources. We make every effort to ensure that any information held is accurate and kept as up-to-date as possible. If you submit an inquiry or question via an online/offline form or email, we may collect your name, email address or other Personal Information contained in that correspondence. If you are a Client or a potential Client, we may collect your name, contact details, title or position, products or services requested or other information that you provide via online/offline documents, forms or email correspondence.
If sensitive information (e.g. data on racial/ethnic origin, health, sexual orientation, political opinions, criminal records, religious or philosophical beliefs, trade union membership) is processed or transferred, it will only be done when and to the extent legally permitted and, as the case may arise, with the data subject's explicit and unambiguous consent or when the data subject has made this information public (unless prohibited by applicable law).
To the extent permitted under applicable law, by providing any information to us, the data subject will be deemed to have given explicit consent for us to hold and use such information.

Use and Disclosure of Personal Information
We may use Personal Information to respond to your inquiries and answer your questions, to provide you with requested information, and to undertake activities in connection with the conduct and management of our executive search or other services, such as evaluating candidate qualifications, contacting potential candidates for further Personal Information, contacting named references, and communicating with Clients about potential candidates. We also may use Personal Information for the purposes of testing and maintaining our company databases, networks, and computer systems, and for training and other internal purposes.
We maintain and update Personal Information in our proprietary database. In order to provide a truly international service to our Clients and candidates, our proprietary database is accessible to all of our offices worldwide. Only the employees or agents of Vision Partners may access this database, which is used only for the purposes of executive search, assessment and related purposes.
We reserve the right to disclose Personal Information to third party subcontractors, including information technology providers and business process outsourcing providers, in order to help support our business operations. We also reserve the right to disclose Personal Information in connection with the sale, assignment, or other transfer of all or part of the business, or where we believe such disclosure may be required by law or may be appropriate in connection with any legal claims. We may also use, disclose, or otherwise process any information for statistical or any other purposes that we choose in our sole discretion, as long as such information is not in personally identifiable form.

Security of Personal Information
Vision Partners maintains reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect Personal Information from loss, misuse and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration and destruction. To the extent that we disclose Personal Information to third party subcontractors, we require that such third parties also maintain reasonable security and confidentiality measures and use the Personal Information in accordance with our instructions. In addition, where we disclose Personal Information to Clients and other third parties mentioned in the foregoing paragraphs, we will request that they properly protect the security and confidentiality of such information, and otherwise process such data in accordance with applicable law.

Data Subjects' Requests
Any individual with a record in our database can request that we rectify his or her Personal Information, or remove his or her record from our database and other systems. When asked to remove a record from our database, we will retain minimal Personal Information for the purposes of preventing future contact, of keeping record of the information disclosed to our clients or other legitimate business purposes, and of complying with any legal obligation.
All such requests will be acknowledged and dealt with as quickly as possible in accordance with applicable law. Individuals will need to provide appropriate confirmation of identity before a request is processed. To the extent admissible under the applicable law, individuals who submit their CV/resume to Vision Partners will be deemed to have consented to the processing of their Personal Information as set forth in this Privacy Policy, including the transfer abroad of their Personal Information.

Access to Personal Information
Vision Partners wish to maintain Personal Information that is accurate, current, and complete.
If Personal Information that you previously provided has changed, please submit your new information, resume or CV via postal or email. You may also request access and the opportunity to review the Personal Information that we maintain about you by sending us a written request at our postal or email address. We will provide you with such information, and amend or delete such information upon your request, to the extent we believe appropriate or otherwise required under applicable data protection and privacy laws. We also reserve the right to take reasonable steps to authenticate your identity before providing such access.
